noticed something weird building with AI for hours straight -

after 3-4 hrs of continuous prompting, the AI starts hallucinating.
breaking things that already worked. losing context. going in circles.

then i realized... i was doing the same thing. my prompts were getting
lazier and vaguer the longer i sat there.

turns out the AI mirrors your own focus level back at you.

now i work in 2-3 hr blocks max. quality doubles.

@shreyanshmalviy @PayPal Yeah, man, PayPal really sucks. I'd recommend going with Stripe instead. It's been great in my experience, and the exchange rates are much better. I use Stripe for all of my payments.

Stop letting AI prompt-to-code loops ruin your project. Use Lovable Discuss Mode. Instead of forcing the AI to write bad code immediately, use this chat-only layer to debug and strategize first. Once the logic is solid, hit implement. It prevents the AI from going down a rabbit hole and keeps your codebase clean.

just prompt lovable or any other ai code directly, it builds the whole thing. copy pasting feels
like the "old" AI workflow now

biggest thing i learned though -

if you keep prompting for too long straight, like 4-5 hrs no break, the AI starts hallucinating. breaking stuff that was already working. losing the plot basically

and honestly so do I. my prompts get lazy too after hours of this

so now i just stop. work 2-3 hrs, take a break, come back later or next day. output is so much better

random features would just stop working mid build. when that happened we'd take the error, throw it at both gpt and claude, get their take, go back and fix

not gonna lie some of these fixes took HOURS and got genuinely annoying

process that actually worked for me:

open claude first, dump the whole idea into it, ask it to write a proper PRD
take that PRD, paste it into lovable
let lovable build from that instead of just winging it with random prompts

this one change fixed like 90% of our chaos

the idea was simple - user types what kind of website they want, AI builds the whole thing. no templates, no drag and drop, just prompt to live site

took me 5-6 days start to finish. built entirely in @Lovable . i still can't write a line of code

I've been building fully functional SaaS products using Lovable by replicating proven SaaS ideas that are already working in the market, then selling them pre-revenue.

So far, I've built 2 SaaS products, and one has already been sold.

The deal size wasn't huge because it didn't take long to build, and it was the first SaaS I built specifically to sell. But it proved that this model actually works.
