Last night, the Newark Valley standout became the all-time leading scorer in school history. Gardner currently sits at 1,280 points, surpassing Denise Pitcher's mark of 1,269 set back in 1986.
Newark Valley’s Makana “Cha” Gardner just became the program’s career scoring leader with this hoop.
She needed 5 points coming into game at Notre Dame to break record. These were points 5 and 6 to give her 1,271 points.
