Played 5 hours of "Classic"... it genuinely felt like 5 minutes.

I love nostalgia. I surround myself with it, live with it, and hold a lot of what I grew up with in high regards.

Having League Classic be the "Best of X" works as it's still very much the ESSENCE of what made League so special back in the day, but, with a few QOL changes to make the experience a little more enjoyable without breaking the immersion (of course, bring back old VO's, remove current skins, etc... go all in!)

If I had to describe League Classic in 1 word... it's Liberating.

Simpler times, simpler kits, but so much more creativity!

Making your own endless combinations of micro-stats every game to give you that special edge, is, and was, one of the most satisfying things League has ever had.

Do I want a bunch of random Gold Gen items? Well... yeah... so I'll buy them.

Do I want a bunch of weird micro stats like +1 Crit, Mana Regen, and MS? You can do that too.

SO MANY OPTIONS, so much fun, and so much damn freedom.

Every. Single. Game. Feels. Unique.

I missed this.

Support League Classic when it drops on live servers, because it's truly something special.

Good work on this Riot, can't wait to see where it goes!

I had virtually zero criticism for league classic until right this moment…I hope this is something we can possibly vote on. To be able to see the classic ranked borders in real time again 😞

League Classic will only be available in PvP draft queues, Co-op vs. AI, and custom games. There will NOT be a Ranked queue, instead primary progression will be from the Summoner's Journey. Starting from Classic level 10, you can progress from Salt to Wood, all the way to Legend
