Best way to evaluate an array of cards where an ACE could be a 1 or it could be an 11 based off the final total of the array?

So an ACE in Black Jack can be a value of 11 or 1. My logic is incorrect as this should equal 16 and NOT 26. 🤨

I discovered in #reactjs that I can use a conditional operator within an onClick to change what function I need to call based on state. Super useful! Now I only need on button to do two different things.
