• Experience building scalable services and APIs
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing skills
• Experience with bug fixing, feature implementation, and codebase refactoring
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and core computer science concepts
• Strong code review and software engineering judgment
• Experience working on large-scale or complex codebases
• Cybersecurity, application security, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, OWASP/CWE, or SecOps experience is a strong plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills
• Prior AI experience is not required
