@accessbank_help This would be the second time Accessmore would be prompting me to reset PIN within a week. What's happening? As it were this cannot be completed at the user level like password reset.
What do I need to do? How do I reset now?
@JumiaNGHelp I ordered a 32 litres water purifier on 18 February 2026 and paid with my credit card successfully. However, the payment was not acknowledged on my account paid and the order was not listed as paid for. Kindly help rectify this.
