@Hyundai They were “set to reach out” and they “understand my frustration.” Refusal to honor your 10 yr/100k mile warranty with a known, pervasive defect tells me all I need to know about your company. I now own a gorgeous, 2022 RAV4 Hybrid and love it!

@Hyundai I’m going to have to practically give my 2018 Tucson away because of the bad engine (rings causing oil consumption). We took a gamble on Hyundai and learned the hard way. #buyerbeware

@Hyundai Thanks for “understanding my frustration” while you refuse to honor your warranty in order to limit your losses. One quart of oil every 1400 miles is not acceptable on a car with low mileage. Hopefully I’ll recoup some money in the class action lawsuit.

@Hyundai @Kev_WCG @kev_WCG I wouldn't waste my time. After 6 months of trying to get them to honor their warranty (2018 Tucson uses a quart of oil every 1430 miles avg), I traded and bought a TOYOTA RAV4 and highly recommend.

@KuykendollKasey @Traumatango @Hyundai @JenkinsAuto Mine was using a quart of oil every 1430 miles, but that's acceptable to @Hyundai . After fighting with them for six months, we quit and bought a TOYOTA RAV4 Hybrid. Took a beating at trade in, but we are rid of it.

@Hyundai #buyerbeware Do your research. 10yr/100k mile warranty is completely bogus. We bought our Tucson saying, "how could we go wrong with such a strong warranty." They will not stand behind the warranty, trust me.

@Hyundai Supervisor called and said she would contact the dealership several days ago. The engine is burning through oil like all the other Hyundai engines, and now my catalytic converter is plugged up. Surprised? Please honor your 10 year/100k mile warranty.
