AFAIK, the research showing magnetic therapy benefits injury recovery is a 2008 study in rats where a magnet was placed on a surgically made wound.

A 1998 study in human muscular injuries, and a 2006 study in sheep showed no benefit. I couldn't find any studies on the website.
