@OutOfKenTroll@UGAFBChatter@CFB247 1) UGA wasn’t down their entire skill positions.
2) “we understand” as in.. the nation understanding a loss being reasonably justified. I didn’t go as far as saying the CFP admitting a team into a playoff when they’re on the cusp.
@UGAFBChatter@OutOfKenTroll@CFB247 Because it’s Auburn.. Georgia should still be able to beat Auburn with injuries. If you were down your entire offensive skill positions and lost by a point to Bama, the nation would see that and understand.
@OutOfKenTroll@UGAFBChatter@CFB247 You laugh but you guys brag about those in the SEC by the end of the season, no? Is that loss to Auburn a quality loss?
@OutOfKenTroll@UGAFBChatter@CFB247 Uhh.. Georgia started keying on Marv and then Egbuka started lighting it up and taking advantage. When Marv went down, Georgia just had to remove Egbuka. Offense shutdown, no running game to rely on, no TE’s. This is all perfectly reasonable to anyone not a Georgia fan.
@OutOfKenTroll@UGAFBChatter@CFB247 a final 4 playoff game against an extremely talented, very dominant Georgia team against their 1’s? That’s a very tough task to ask and that’s not unreasonable. And still had Emeka Egbuka but too depleted at that point against a team of that caliber.
@OutOfKenTroll@UGAFBChatter@CFB247 Agreed… but they were losing depth. No JSN (the greatest receiver in the NFL the last 2 years), Marv was killing it (lost him the 4th quarter which affected the offense), down your top 3 RBs playing your 4th string, out your starting TE. Most games OSU can cover that but in
@OutOfKenTroll@UGAFBChatter@CFB247 One of the seasons Michigan was cheating and there isn’t a soul outside of maybe (some) Georgia fans who look at that TCU game as the real championship. That was a joke.
@OutOfKenTroll@UGAFBChatter@CFB247 Do you not believe in playing a team at full strength? Lol if you like thumping your chest at a 1 point win over an offense fielding a second and third and 4th string at every skill position, just say that. That’s the talent OSU had.
@UGAFBChatter@CFB247 TCU was not a regular opponent they collected on during the season. But their HC said they were tipped off before the game. Georgia and OSU were the two best teams that season by a long shot.
@UGAFBChatter@CFB247 Arrogant Georgia fans. Michigan team that was cheating for multiple years. Could’ve been a respectful conversation with both people agreeing those were two great teams but nope… TCU and top tier hating.
@UGAFBChatter@CFB247 There are injuries and then there is your entire offensive skill positions being completely wiped out at the starter position. It’s not an excuse at that point. Dawgs were a good team, but you are top tier hater saying OSU wasn’t good enough to be in a title game that season.
@UGAFBChatter@CFB247 Lol as good as the dawgs were, that OSU team did not have TreVeyon Henderson or any of their first 3 RB’s, they didn’t have JSN, didn’t have Marv the entire 4th quarter, and lost their starting TE. Took their entire skill positions being wiped for the dawgs to only win by 1 point
@Th3Realist0n3@BucksInReality@MichiganCheats3 Never said there wasn’t talent on both sides of the ball. Fletcher was legit. And no, Tate was wide open several times, Sayin wasn’t seeing the field which he has always struggled with.
