#LPJALLHSD A3- for a student is not willing to work with others start off small. Pick a student who relates to them an and have them work together . Start them small to grow out of their comfort zone . After success , try adding more members to their group and continue to grow.

#LPJALLHSD A1- Teachers have to follow through on expectations . Teachers must show and guide the students on what is acceptable and what are the expectations in the classroom. Once the guidelines have been set the sky is the limit with higher expectations .

Q3- my main take away is restorative justice can work if everybody is bought in . Taking the time to figure out why the student made their choice and what can we do next time is more effective then the standard punishment #LPJALLHSD

Q2- it is my job as a teacher to know all my students and how they act daily . If a student were to act out the norm i would politely ask him to step outside so we could talk through the issue . Reacting aggressive back is never the answer . #LPJALLHSD

Q-1- my first thoughts were teachers send students out the classroom way too often . We need to handle the issue in the setting it happened . Circle up is a great way to build those relationships and handle in class problems #LPJALLHSD
