@JoannaNoBanana My good doctor: “look at your sleep data. This shows you have been functioning on a cumulative two interrupted hours of sleep a night. You’ve been doing this most of your life, trying to keep up. You are permanently exhausted. You can’t keep going like this.”
@Walgreens it's really stupid that your pharmacies offer to let people make appointments to get shots when they give preference to walk-ins over appointments. Really hard on disabled people
.
@Jennife22969652@peppermint7rose@skyllerout I have this problem too. I'm putting in a lot of effort on this topic, but it's hard for me to understand what other people area talking about.
I'm in the same age group. My NT peers don't have this issue?
@skyllerout If so, it's not universal. I've always pushed back against gender roles, and I never felt like I fit in with other girls growing up, I was definitely a "Tom boy", but I've never had any question about my own gender. It seems to be pretty mixed with the other autistics I know.
@UntoNuggan I took martial arts for a while, and that helped my proprioception enormously, even with my EDS. I still trip all the time, but now I catch myself.
@UntoNuggan I deal with this all the time! I try to start my day reminding myself that these interruptions will happen, and try to plan out responses ahead of time. I need the script! Luckily I live in a house full of autistics, and we all work hard to support each other
@newaustinite @16bitCatholic Saint Paul is clear on how to deal with problems between members of the body of Christ. Publicly, with great charity, is the last resort.
@ho_howard@Lin_Manuel And those of us ignorant in musical theory and suchlike are grateful to you for helping us dig deeper and appreciate the work even more
