First of all, how and why are you even allowing such fake products to be sold on your platform?

This is not the first instance anyway, I still haven't forgotten the fake AirPods that you sent me.

This person has been asking you for help since May 26th, and all he's received so far is, well, template messages from your support handle.

The person (@pogiri_kumar3), in his own words, is depressed because of this.

And, I am completely ok if you want to investigate the matter, but be responsible and better at the very least.

A guy by the name of Vipul purchased a OnePlus Nord 2T on May 4th, and six days later, as he was riding a bike, his smartphone exploded within his pocket.

User was admitted to the hospital following that incident, despite the fact that he is currently in perfect health.

He contacted OnePlus' customer service and social media teams, and after an inquiry, they determined that the user was responsible for the explosion and not them.

Seriously, what the hell? Will someone risk their lives to harm a company's reputation?
What do they hope to prove?

I've spoken to him again, and he wants our assistance in this situation.
