@ridewithvia to clarify, you place a pending on my bank account the moment the trip appears, then dont remove it until after the trip. pendings stay for at least 3 to 5 days after my trips. YOU CHARGE A SEPARATE CHARGE FOR THE TRIP.

@ridewithvia as a passenger who uses your suffolk bus corp paratransit app, DO BETTER. your whole PLACING A PENDING FOR EVERY SINGLE TRIP IS CRIMINAL. and by every single trip i mean every pickup. so when normally i only needed 160 to take the bus for a month i now need 320. Also, FIX THE MAP
