1) omnicells in all ICU/ED with high conc. warning stickers on vials
2) admin central line only

4) all providers can order- in tiered ICP crisis power plan

@scottallen03 @EmergPharmED @Cook_EMPharmD @MUHPharmRes Total dose over 5min. Like most places- most of the syringes on the unit are 10cc so it was done for convenience. Nursing staff has really liked the practice change- especially when they need an extra channel/line free
