We ultimately can’t control the final decision that our prospects make when it comes time to buy, but we can definitely control our level of tenacity when it comes to hunting for new opportunities.
After giving this question some thought, I believe the answer to this question is plain and simple - we can never have enough opportunity in our pipeline and we need to prospect every single day.
During my current interview process, a question that I’ve been asked is “how do you handle the consistent rejection that comes with the territory of being in #sales?
“For every sale you miss because you’re too enthusiastic, you will miss a hundred because you’re not enthusiastic enough. If you don’t see yourself as a winner, then you can’t perform as a winner.”

3. Not feeling guilty about binging a little more Netflix than usual - it helps me get my mind off of things and it’s quality time spent with my wife!
4. I’m currently on a news detox - I’m taking a break, clearing my head, and focusing on my wellbeing.

- “90% of life is showing up.”
- “Lombardi time.” (which means show up 15 mins. early).
- “Schedule call blocks.”
These are all phrases I’ve heard throughout my life or more recently.
