@MagentoNinja@AdobeCommerce@Adobe Have they said they have escalated it yet? That response drives me nuts. Especially over the course of a week and I am told that every day. I know they don't have 7 tiers of support.
@kalenjordan@_Talesh@MagentoAssoc Everything is open, we have a shortage of volunteers and it doesnโt help recruitment when people know they have to give up a lot of time just to be criticized.
@_Talesh@kalenjordan@MagentoAssoc I appreciate it. There are quite a few of us working hard to keep this thing going. Like most volunteer organizations it is pretty thankless and easy to criticize but we put the work in because it is important to us.
Anyone have a contact @celigoinc for tier 2? I have been having trouble for 4 days and keep being told only tier 2 can help, but I canโt work with them.
