Healing justice is not something we center and incorporate into our work only during direct action or crisis. Healing justice needs to be at the very center of how we work together. It’s why we do what we do.
It’s okay to call your therapist out if they do or say something that makes you uncomfortable or isn’t working for you. You are the expert in your own life.

“I don’t wanna bore you talking about my special interests.” First of all, you’re my friend, and nothing makes me happier than seeing you excited about something.
I hope you can acknowledge and celebrate the growth and courage it’s taken to get to where you are today. 🙌🏼 I love you and thank you for an incredible pride month. I’ll be celebrating you every day after 😘🌈🌈
