Funny how you can track a thirteen year old child across state lines when she's needing an abortion, but not for the adult who raped her.

She was 22 years old. An Italian model who walked out of a casting meeting in Manhattan and went straight to the police. They believed her enough to ask her to do something extraordinary - Go back. Alone. Wearing a wire. She walked back in and recorded him admitting what he had done.
The NYPD had the evidence. The Manhattan DA had the tape. They dropped the case anyway. Her lawyer alleges Rudy Giuliani used his connections with the NYPD Commissioner to bury it. She signed an NDA. The tape sat in a drawer for two years.
Then Ronan Farrow published it in The New Yorker. The recording the DA said wasn t enough became the smoking gun that broke the story open. Harvey Weinstein was convicted in 2020. She made all of it possible.Her name is Ambra Battilana Gutierrez.
She's one of hundreds. I find the ones history buried. Stay tuned before i post the next one.
