@nerdabetic Sorry. On the 780g you could change how fast the bolus speed was. On the flex there is no option for that.

@nerdabetic Honestly, a few things surprised me! It’s noticeably lighter and smaller than the 780G, and I love being able to bolus from my phone without pulling my pump out. Battery life has also been way better than I expected. I’m almost 9 days in and still at 70%.

@nerdabetic A couple negatives: there’s no screen, so you really depend on your phone, and you can’t change the insulin delivery speed from fast to slow. The faster delivery sometimes causes my site to leak. You also have to use their charger, and an extra one is about $55.

@nerdabetic The Instinct sensor has been great for me too. It’s much easier to insert by myself, lasts 15 days, and only has a 1-hour warmup. I also really like that the Flex still uses the same reservoirs and infusion sets as the 780G.
