98L now has a 90% chance of TC development within 24 hours. Cristina is slowly intensifying and could become a hurricane. West Pacific is still quiet, but a new area of disturbed weather has developed in the North Indian.

Invest 98L is looking like it could become the next name storm in the Atlantic. East pacific has a new area of interest with a 30% chance of development along with Cristina to its East. West pacific remains quiet with no areas of interest.

Faylin has reintensified to a dangerous Type 5 storm near Martinsburg, WV. @YutuTheFox is currently in position to intercept Faylin a second time as a strong 5.

Derecho “Xusho” has reportedly claimed three lives during it’s passage through PA. It’s now moving out into the open Atlantic. Winds were estimated to be 85mph, which is 10mph higher than Wilma we intercepted last week.
