Here's my review for the game. I avoided spoilers as much as I could as people are still working their way through. Hope you're all enjoying it thus far!

Mina the Hollower is a modern classic. It's a reminder on how to create your own identity despite having multiple influences from the past, and why Yacht Club are an icon in the indie scene. With cool mechanics to spruce tried and true ideas up, and a fun world to explore.
On one hand the original still holds up really well. Feels great to play and the 2D artstyle style is timeless. However, I still think this looks good. Nice to see Ubisoft make different games aside from open world sandboxes repeatedly. I hope this game turns out well.
There is some difficulty whiplash due to the open approach design. One region can be hard, and the next you step into is easier. I don’t mind this as it can also show the player getting stronger as they find more stuff. Again, just love this game overall.
Almost have nine hours clocked in, and four out of six generators powered on. I really love this game. As of right now it’s my favorite game of 2026 , and is the most fun I’ve had all year. There’s a lot it does really well from its open approach design, secret hunting, etcetera.
I appreciate how Mina is inspired by older Zelda titles, but it’s not trying to be exactly like them. It carves its own identity rather than let the driving factor be nostalgia. There’s also some Bloodborne influence here, and I love it. Just a cheery take on a gothic setting.
Got a hard drive for my PS5 and spent the last two days redownloading games. Nice to have them all easily available. It also made me remember how stupidly large game files are now. Very time consuming, but good thing I did chores and exercises to make it go by quicker.
MIO: Memories in Orbit is either gonna be a game you really love, or grow frustrated with quickly due to design choices even I can't justify. Combat is not a focus, but the world design is great. With tons of fun secrets to find and satisfying movement. I honestly liked it.
I am very happy Metaphor ReFantazio came out, was loved, and folks moved on. With people occasionally bringing it up every now and then for positive conversation. No game needs to be talked about forever, or become a cash cow. Otherwise the image below.
