@smaxbrown@kevinvdahlgren I think it’s also a health & safety issue. Yes the drugs are bad but it would be better for the community for them to use w/ clean tools instead of dirty & infected ones. Otherwise it could cause infection & disease (and potentially another COVID). Fighting addiction isn’t easy

I can confirm that this is definitely a symptom of a disease usually caused by hypoxemia (low oxygen in blood). It could be a wide variety of diseases but I hope he gets the appropriate treatment to make the clubbing go away
