@forestmad80 The plans are to expand the City Ground to a capacity of up to 52,500. That's pretty good. Just wonder how cramped it may feel? A larger piece of ground would allow for more development around the stadium. But then of course depends on how far out of the City centre it would be.

@JHFootballAgent What source are you getting £40m from? He's got 1-year left on his contract at a club playing Championship football next season. The value is more accurately set at somewhere between £20m-£25m even with interest from multiple PL clubs.
