@loganjrankin A bit late to the party on this post... very relevant for me today. I am in the early to middle throws of this transition.
Any recommendations for leadership development?
@skylarromines@phxrisingrealty Exactly! Construction is not much different. One of clients biggest mistakes is not getting definition of scope. This leads to underbidding and "extas". Patience is the hardest part for me!
@phxrisingrealty@skylarromines I agree. While I am not in insurance, our mentality is always send a fair proposal and stand by your numbers. You might not get this one but you'll get the next or a referral. Hate to say it but often the client gets burned by themselves. All you can do is advise...
@mountainwesttax@CRPconnect I bet if you offer it as a service people will take it. Hire some one less experienced or qualified and offer the service at less than $200?
@smls_accounting@adamislucky@mountainwesttax I have our accounting firm do monthly and quarterly reconciles. And I have an experienced accountant doing our day to day book keeping. One of the best decisions I made. Makes year end a breeze too!
@cabralda I can relate to this... I try to pay close attention to this... keep the companies "energy" up
Reminds me of a program years ago that won a "spirit award"!
@DomSramaty 100% they focused on the final touch but that's the one I has issue with too! Either way poor end to the game from United with a championship to play for...
