For a second I thought Reform had come into power- this policy is THAT disgraceful.
Expecting migrants to have A-level English while the domestic population have BARELY passed English GCSE is pure discrimination...even framed as “integration” this is at minimum- systemic discrimination, because the rule is designed to disadvantage migrants while ignoring similar deficiencies in citizens.
