@KynnCat Filling the court isn’t Eala’s goal. If that’s the only factor to place a player, I could put Rhianna there and get a full house. Believe or not, it’s a tennis competition, not a popularity contest. WTA over did it.
@markylifts You guys get all the favors and attentions, and still are complaining, as if you are victims. What’s the matter with you? Eala obviously got favored no matter she deserves it or not, but you won’t let other players or their fans complain? Lack of intelligence to have empathy?
@usopen You should be shamed of your organization. Placed Keys, our player, grans slam winner, in court 17, had a full house, high energy, and much more exciting game, way better than your puppet Eala. There should be a limit of money grabbing above everything else!
@cristiancofino_ Funny to see Filo fans feel necessary to write long posts to justify the favoritism for Eala, like we don’t know business or hating Eala. But in fact it’s only about holding organizers accountable for fairness to all players. WTA shall not blatantly hunt for money above all else.
@LyneManzan4402@AvantageTennis_ Probably other countries people do have a lot of other things and people who worth following, not just 1 single player. Let Eala have her fun, see how far she can go. If she can’t back the narrative WTA created, she’ll disappear; if she does, then all hypes are worthy.
@josemorgado It is pure business calculation. No offense on Eala, she didn’t make WTA or U.S. open to do it. Her fans are eating it up, siding with the organization making profits other than holding them accountable for sports fairness. Are players competing in tennis or popularity?
@pilipinasmuse@XYZ07540244@josemorgado And just like that, Filipinos became economists. 😂 Give me a break. Plus, your data couldn’t be more wrong. Did you hand-make them?
@pavyg And if things are reversed, Eala is in Rybakina’s position, and Rybakina is at Eala’s stage and gets much more favors in anything, the Filipinos would cry racism already.
@pavyg Same here! I like Eala, I understand the logic and reasoning for tennis BUSINESS to favor, but fundamentally Tennis is a sport, it competes in players’ tennis skills, not their fans. It just creates friction and unfairness to other equally or even more talented players.
@reggiebblue What legislative agenda? Putting tariff on any countries who didn’t kiss the T-butt? Start the Iran war and can’t finish it? Cheating election by rezoning electoral maps? ICE militant appearance in the U.S. streets? Or the agenda of moving Americans tax money into his wallet?
@anatwenty3@pavyg@usopen You guys love to label people as haters just ‘cause they don’t share your view. I didn’t belittle her. I get the monetary reason that she is favored, but it doesn’t affect it being unfair to other equally talented players. Imagine if things are reversed, you would call it racism.
