@USAA After talking with your representative, I were able to verify an email was sent that ended up in my spam folder, but no physical letter was sent. Therefore, I was not aware of this situation.

So disappointed in @USAA. Apparently USAA deciding to close my credit card account due to inactivity doesn’t warrant a physical letter informing me of this. That lead to a loss of over 30k rewards points and an impact to my credit score. I expected better.

@holafly_com I asked for a refund from the beginning. The request was elevated and that response essentially said it would not be refunded. In multiple emails I have stated I wanted a refund.
