Every time an IP based fighting game comes out it's so funny to watch the live struggle between the marketing team who wants to sell the game to AvatarFan35 and the developers who want to make a sicko game for people who ask for games in discord at 2pm on a Tuesday
It’s funny because if I remember correctly, PlayStation was the first of the big publishers to release their games at $70. Makes me wonder how many of the others will follow suit after this

I understand that part of the price is out of their control given the situation PC components are in currently, and they don't want to sell at a loss to keep an open ecosystem, but I imagine it's still going to be a tough sell for a lot of people
This is one of those tough situations where a PS5 Pro is $150 cheaper, comes with a controller, and starts at 2TB. As a PC user myself, even I have to concede that this is not a great value proposition, even factoring the benefits of owning a PC

Like I guess if you factor in the price of PS Plus at the cheapest tier, it still takes over 5 and a half years to get more value out of the Steam Machine 2TB version
