There are currently $50k+ worth of bounties on CT
I’ve seen many job offers worth $5k+
The only reason you're so attached to yapping is because you're not seeing the full picture!
I'll show you 7 opportunities you’re not even paying attention to👇🏽
#1. Bounty Hunting
There are over $30k worth of bounties on @SuperteamEarn alone!
And there are other bounty sites like @scribble_dao
The best part? These bounties cut across different niches including:
• Graphics design & animation
• Writing
• Content creation
• Programming
• Code auditing and more!
The idea behind bounties is simple: pick a bounty, read through the requirements, cook and submit!
That's it.
Requirements could be as simple as testing and reviewing a product to auditing a codebase for bugs.
But here's the thing: You have to be really good at what you're doing because bounties always attract the best talents.
I told you to upskill. You're going to wish you took my advice.
#2. Trading
Trading is an integral part of Web3. Not everybody trades currently, but everyone should know how to!
People make lots of money from trading monthly and I'm not just talking about memecoins.
You can literally make thousands of dollars from trading token unlocks or Binance Alpha listing alone!
There are many opportunities in flipping NFTs and trading Telegram gifts.
To help you, here are some recommendations
• Memes — @pablo_greek and @mareeiaam
• Telegram gifts —@s0meone_u_know@ohjayy and @OdiCrypt are also about to kick off 1 Sol and a dream. Join if you can afford it.
To be clear these are not areas you can get into profitably without the right knowledge and information.
#3. Marketing
Most people don't understand that you can import Web2 skills into Web3, especially with marketing!
Influencers need growth. Projects need growth. Blockchains need growth!
If you can help them achieve this, you'll walk away with lots of money.
Crypto marketing is broken right now and believe it or not, Kaito is not the ultimate answer.
There are many areas of inefficiency here. Find them and capitalize.
PS. You need a proper understanding of marketing to be effective in roles like social media management, community moderation, and even writing!
No project is going to be willing to hire a content creator who doesn't understand how to optimize for maximum visibility.
Knowledge of marketing is not optional if you plan to remain here long-term.
#4. Grants & Hackathons
• There are currently grants worth $100k plus on Solana
• Avalanche just announced a $15k hackathon
• Arbitrum Foundation has multiple grant offers live. One of these is worth $10M!
I could go on and on but you get the idea. There's a catch👇🏽
You need serious technical skills to be able to participate and win grants or hackathons.
And even if you don't win, several people end up with lucrative employment positions in top protocols simply by participating.
That's why I've been screaming: UPSKILL!
The barest minimum won't cut it anymore.
#5. Product Creation
90% of CT participants are users. Very few are builders, but that's because you don't understand how profitable building can be.
In the past 24 hours:
• Tether made $21M from fees alone
• Uniswap made $4.4M+
• Axiom made $2M+
• LetsBONK made $190k+
• SolTradingBot made $15k+
Remember I said in the past 24 hours and that's revenue from fees alone. That's insane🤯
Find a problem people are willing to pay for and build a product that solves it.
Can't code? There are many people on CT who can. Form a team and work together.
That's how you win.
#6. Middle Management
Some of you know how to land gigs but you don't know how to do the jobs.
The solution is very simple. Build a talent pool, pitch to projects and assign the jobs to your network of talents.
Also, you'd be surprised how much people are willing to pay for a solution that makes their lives easier.
If you notice an influencer or project struggles in an area you're proficient in, shoot your shot (with proof).
Nobody wants to struggle to get things done. That's an inefficiency you can capitalize on.
Remember if you can't do it, there's someone who can. Get the person onboard, land the client, split the profits.
But be intelligent about how you do this so people don't take advantage of you.
#7. Specific skill-based opportunities
I've said it before and I'll say it again: Your Web2 skills are transferable
Good at event planning? Projects are hosting community IRL events all the time.
You're a lawyer? Web3's legal compliance ecosystem is early.
Graphics designer or animator? Projects need your services.
Ran marketing for a Web2 firm successfully? Web3 products need marketing too!
Artist? Look into the NFT community.
There are thousands of opportunities everywhere. The only question is: Do you have the right skills?
My brother @bloomstarbms just made a post about skills you need to learn and where to go. Go and check it out. https://t.co/D6LGrhIId2

Find Good Projects Early 🚨
If you are depending only on 𝕏 for alphas, you need to level up your game
Here's a metrics I use 👇

👉 Go to: https://t.co/VdNqddMsHd
➖ Follow and Turn on notifications of CryptoRank_VCs
👉 Best projects to go all in
➖ Good funding ($10+M is good)
➖ Backed by tier 1 venture capitals like a16z, DragonFly
➖ Layer 1 or infrastructure projects
👉 Red flags
➖ Starting season 2 points program before rewarding season 1
➖ No clear roadmap
➖ Over promising projects
➖ Inactive social accounts

There are more things to keep in mind before going all in on any project. I just listed a few
You need a little bit of luck too. Imagine going all in on the Humanity protocol
Projects like Union sounds good to me 😁
