If you live in a community whether rural or close to your neighbors it is called RESPECT for your fellow neighbors to control your dog. When I had an outdoor dog which I will never have one that is outside again every time he would start to bark I would go out to get him to stop. It is just common courtesy to the people that live around you.

Exactly how would this prevent you from voting? All you have to do is request a mail in ballot, that is the way Florida does it and it works the way it should. This order says that states can mail out millions of ballots to addresses of people that do not ask for one. That is how the dems cheat and you should know that!
