@Xoneris It really depends. You can go to your GP and get a referral to a psychiatrist. Insurance will cover only once you get a diagnosis. In my case, the psychologist made a "temporary" diagnosis so everything was covered until I got a "real" diagnosis. But not everyone will do this.
