Another example of media bias & misrepresentation. Media claims housing is "doing bad"...and "unaffordable." Claims both things are bad. But wait...housing just hit ALL-TIME HIGH. Is that bad? Not if you own a home. What they call "unaffordability problem" is really anyone who owns a home is gaining wealth. Homeowners are glad their homes are up in value! Media wants home prices to go down to create "affordability." Why would any homeowner want that?
