A detailed historical timeline of UFO crash retrievals and Legacy Programs. From 1947 to present, a coordinated effort operating as a hidden shadow of the US government, nestled within the National Security Council's covert activity oversight structure, has operated with a focused mission: the retrieval, storage, exploitation, derivation, reverse engineering, and program protection of non-human technical vehicles.

This project seeks to build out a functional timeline of how the Legacy Programs began, morphed, and adapted over the decades, particularly to address how this once unified national effort degraded into a shell of itself in the 21st century, a siloed mission space devoid of centralized leadership.

For such an analysis, this timeline featuring over 3 dozen entries will be broken up into relevant epochs that accurately encapsulate major "eras" of the Legacy Programs:

- the Golden Era (1947-1978)
- the Cold War Reorganization (1978-1994)
- the Modern Era (1994-Present)

Each major epoch of the Legacy Programs details stark contrasts within program objectives, leadership, cohesiveness, etc....

The Golden Era illustrates the greatest covert national effort ever conceived by humankind, what can only be described as "the Manhattan Project 2.0".

The Cold War Reorganization details a period of turbulence, where while the programs enjoyed myriad breakthroughs and successes, the legacy program structure began to sever off pieces of itself to hide within cover offices and programs as well as the private sector.

The Modern Era highlights an epoch of dysfunction... Kickstarted by breaking away the UFO steering group into a quasi-industry and USGOV control group of 27, this era is defined by factionality, limited disclosure initiatives, and private defense contractors establishing their own crash retrieval initiatives.

Seeing as there are over 36 entries here in the video, I only have so much time to cover each topic, so for further exploration or investigation into entries, I have entire videos or video chapters in my catalogue dedicated to relevant topics!

Of course, the timeline is my assessment of the Legacy Ecosystem and adheres to my specialties - crash retrieval and reverse engineering. To be perfectly candid, there are dozens of entries I am missing... due to there not being a centralized legacy program repository and the ever-present fact that the programs have an appetite to destroy, bury, or burn records to keep program knowledge "in-house", a full mapping of the legacy program's history is likely impossible. And it goes without saying there are dozens more entries appropriate for such a timeline that are simply out of my areas of expertise!

With that being said, though only pieces of the puzzle, this timeline is indeed functional and, in my assessment, accurately traces critical milestones and inflection points within the programs.

He wants to make it clear “I’m not suicidal”

He says this warning came after pushing for answers about UFOs. He was told people don’t want this information out, and we know they’re willing to kill to keep it a secret

What I don’t like about civilian UAP science initiatives is that it’s defeatist:

It says: “You know what? We have lost. We’ll never get disclosure from IC, from contractors, we’ll never see craft, biologics, we’ll never hear details. So let’s get “better data” with passive radar and cameras, and pretend like there aren’t ~1000-2000 people who have all the fucking answers. Let’s start over from Square 1.”

“Lue needs to be more forthcoming about his past roles… There are people that bitterly resent that Lue be appointed to a position of power in UAP transparency because they think that he was part of a previous agenda that was to try to control the narrative, to restrict what the public is entitled to know about UAP Disclosure.

I think a lot of this was an intention by James Clapper to try and impose a narrative on the public domain using Lue as a frontman, a highly urbane, articulate, and likable frontman to try to restrict what the public was told about crash retrievals.”

Coulthart’s message to Elizondo:

“I’ve spoken to people in the legacy program who knew Lue — Lue, I know a lot of people and they know you. I know you can’t speak about the role that you’ve held within the legacy program, but you did.

I think we’ve got to stop this nonsense because it’s becoming distractive. There are factions and bitternesses beginning to develop within the UAP world and I think it’s in danger of blowing the whole thing apart.”

As I told you this past week, my $ is on @LueElizondo for that alleged new position within the administration. And I wasn't just guessing.

Also, we've all suspected Lue may have had access to the Legacy program ever since this in 2021:

"Did Elizondo See An ET Craft In A Government Facility?"

That's from my 2021 blog. It was third hand information: Greer saying that Sheehan told him that Lue told him (Sheehan) that he (Lue) had seen a craft in a government facility. I was never able to confirm that in any way, shape or form, but Lue's words over the years made it crystal clear he knew more than he was sharing, publicly.

And then there's the James Clapper connection. Lue has spoken highly of, and written about, his old boss (Clapper) in the past, and their relationship, and it all clicked for me when Grusch claimed Clapper managed the crash retrieval program.

Also...Lue's LA event on June 4th, with @g_knapp and @JeremyCorbell.

@SaraBondink was there, and wrote:

"Jeremy asked, 'Lue, Have you ever coordinated a UAP narrative with James Clapper?' Lue stated he wasn’t going to answer that without James Clapper present, that he is 'always concerned about the messaging.'"

Rewind to May 17th, when I had posted this:

"I suspect Lue was sent to AAWSAP/Lacatski by James Clapper to keep tabs on the program and to see if they found the crash retrieval program. Without Clapper, Lue never crosses path with AAWSAP.

"Now, Lue wasn't an official part of AAWSAP but we all know he was among other folks (like Stratton) who played important roles in AATIP when it was established in 2015, several years after AAWSAP fizzled out.

"But maybe part of the reason Lue was there was in case they successfully penetrated the legacy program and he could update Clapper on those efforts?

"I'm speculating and could be 100% wrong. It appears Lacatksi got access (if we believe he was able to get inside a breached hull) to at least one craft.

"Remember, Grusch said that Clapper managed the C/R program and Lue has spoken highly of Clapper.

"How in the world has not one member of the world's media asked Clapper if he actually managed the C/R program like Grusch claimed?"

The next day, on May 18th, I replied to someone...

"And I think Clapper was the one who brought him in."

Him = Lue

Since I posted that, I am even more confident that without Clapper, we never hear the name Lue Elizondo in relation to UFOs.

As far as what Lue CAN and CANNOT tell us about his alleged Legacy-program connection? That's up to him and whatever agreements he may have signed. Maybe if Trump would sign that EO waiving the NDAs of all the players involved, Lue could speak openly? We won't know unless that happens.
