The only use of art is within bootlegging. When you burn a movie for your friend and want to autogen subtitles for it because the film is in a different language--this is an act of love that AI facilitates, and it does not destroy an artist in the process.

I don't dislike pirating--in fact, I think it's the most important thing for a group of people to do today given that entertainment and culture is being lost daily to companies deciding to destroy their owned products at random. That being said, AI is a pirate's tool.

It is a pirate's tool alone. That is it's only legitimate use. When a company uses AI art for their movie, that is an erasure of actual art made by people; someone did not work a job or earn a commission to create that piece of art. This is a bastardization of what art should be.
