@IndiGo6E We reported the issue on arrivals itself. One the executive came and took the photos and said that he registered the complaint. Shared an email ID to register from our end too.
He didn't shared any PIR. Being a customer was not aware of that.
He mocked us.
Today when I drafted the mail, customer service team asking for PR number, which is not shared by the airport team. They just mocked us.

The incident happened last Tuesday (23-4-24) today is 28-4-24.
Am not getting any reply for the mails am sending from Rotana Motors Calicut nor solution from TATA EV or Motor
Exactly, Already 3 times i went for delivery. Every time am able to see some scratches and issues and pointed out. They are saying the will correct it and give. I went to purchase new car and they are giving repaired, patched , bonnet changed car.
