Day 1: Building PrismCX in public. 🚀
Helpdesks suck for small teams: too pricey or messy. After 10 yrs startups, fixing my pains.
PrismCX: Clear ticket owners (no "who's on this?"), real-time team views, minutes to setup, AI for grunt work (humans shine).

I've had Fable 5 by @AnthropicAI quit on me in 3 different sessions so far. Each one of them has been about health. You can't even ask it everyday questions right now.
Been using my laptop non stop for heavy development without a reboot for a month and it's still running like I just started it fresh.
Switching to Bluefin has been the best.
What do you need to build a $1M business today?
- 1 idea v.s. many ideas
- Top tier hardware or just a simple laptop
- An unfair advantage
Or none of it, except getting lucky?

@JacobSobolev That is true. You can bring the horse to the water but you can't make it drink water. Though, bringing the horse to the water itself is the bigger challenge. Everything follows it.
Reading comments on Tweeter, Substack & Indiehackers lately is just pointless most of the time. They are nothing but simple AI replies I skip the moment I notice them.
