. @British_Airways Not happy re service re case for comp after cancelled flight. Tried to phone - apparently no phones to dept. Spoke to very condescending person who put the phone down on me. Travel often with BA-always speak up for them if others complain-not so sure anymore!!

@AmazonUK Have ordered a white plant stand - arrived but wrong colour. Returned and reordered but wrong colour again. Label on outside of box says white but it is black. How do I speak to someone to ensure I get a white one if I reorder?
