@zomatocare Dear Zomato. I made a booking at Sana Di Ge Restaurant for 23.11.2025 but later I had to cancel it. I cancelled well within time but full refund has not received only partial refund received. There is no option on app to raise this issue
@SwiggyCares Dear swiggy team, I placed an order at 1:42 today, by mistake I selected my house address whereas I am sitting at my office. I was trying to cancel the order but I was charged 100% price of the order as cancellation fee. Earlier 30 secs window period was provided
I even informed the customer care that if cancellation is being applied please deliver my order I will be happy to receive it but they did not provide any resolution. I either want the refund or the order.
There was no loss suffered by you as I cancelled so quickly that by that time even the restaurant would not have started any preparation nor any delivery personnel was assigned by you. You are causing wrongful loss to me
I acted so quickly that even the confirmation from the restaurant was also not received by then. Please act just and fair to your loyal customer otherwise this would be the last order I placed with your app. This is completely unjust, unreasonable and incomprehensible.
