@himganj153 applicable to not just rajma but any dish. even if onion, tomato are not pureed but just-short chopped, if both fried and cooked till say maybe 20% burnt it'll be great most times. people often add tomato and then the water too early. if it hasn't stuck to the pan it's not done

@rajadityax lol don't think that's another issue, but it's the issue. i don't have pizza dough experience, so not sure I'd have advice. but it's probably about ratio. either the flour mix ratio (unless you're using just maida/pizza flour) or maybe the yeast
