@Tablesalt13 Trudeau had already peaked after nearly a decade in power, and Singh was done in less by Poilievre than by the threat of Trump. If anything, Trudeau's legacy is on solid ground by resigning and managing to hand power to a successful successor— a very rare feat in #cdnpoli.
@StateDept@POTUS How? The Trump admin insulted and threatened annexation of its closest allies, slapped tariffs haphazardly on friendly countries, and drove European leaders to publicly speculate about the end of the US-led international order. There is nothing in any of this that is "great".

@JuliusRuechel Canada was founded as a confederation of regions with different interests, priorities and economies. It is unity that made Canada a success. Provinces already have a lot of power in Canada. The narrative you're selling didn't work for Quebec, and it won't work for the West.
@MarketManiaCa Carney is the self-made son of a school teacher and stay-at-home mom who was born in the NWT. He may be a globalist, but he got where he is on merit. Poilievre has done little but get elected to parliament for his entire adult career.
