@_coldfact_@E55340043@a_westgate Well, considering some people believe some dead Jew on a stick forgives their sins, I don’t see how an eruv is so terrible LMAO
@E55340043@_coldfact_@a_westgate This is a bad comparison, considered that mosaic Law is extremely specific and all-encompassing. If it said, you shall not look at a fire during Shabbat that’s one thing. However it says…
@alqoera@a_westgate 1. Eruv still doesn’t mean you can carry everything still. It’s just that a Jewish community is considered a private domain.
2. Her hair is covered and you know she’s wearing a wig.
@omz500@NoCapAllISeeIsF@a_westgate Also, if that were the case then the light of the Sun should not be used on Shabbos either but G-d didn’t prohibit it so…
@LinnenRenee@NoCapAllISeeIsF@a_westgate Correct, on Shabbos you can only shower with cold water and you cannot use heat tools on your hair of any kind.
If you turn on an oven or stove before Shabbat and leave the food there, you’re not lighting fire so it’s fine. You just cannot turn it up or down.
