College Application Season has started! Our mentee and mentor, Giuliano and Joey, have been working on creating a balanced college list and filling out the Common Application this past month. We are excited to see what all of our mentor and mentees are working on thus far!
This past week, we held a college list workshop presented by our Resources Co-Chairs, Michael and Malina. We appreciate all our mentors and mentees who were able to attend this workshop and are excited to see everyone build their college lists!
Uchange Scholars is excited to announce that our mentee, Emily Roman, will attend MIT this fall! Emily also applied and was admitted to many respected institutions, such as UChicago, Harvard, and Brown.
We wish her the best as she continues her academic journey!

This past weekend we had the opportunity to have guest speaker, Nancy Benton, host a workshop about applying to colleges! It was so unique learning about what college recruiters are actually looking for, and we're glad our mentors and mentees had the chance to gain this insight!
