There is a particular house in Jogbo town. Tenants always wake up crying every single day because armed robbers always enter the house to rob, rape, and steal from them. Every single day!
The cry became so much that another landlord from Oyinadun town sent a message to the landlord in Jogbo that he would send some of his vigilante group to come and secure the house for a while, at least to secure the lives and properties of his tenants.
When the news got to Jogbo town, tenants became happy that finally, help is coming, and that for some time, they will sleep with their eyes closed only for them to hear that tenants who are staying at the Boys' Quarters were angry and against the arrangement. They said they are OK with how their landlord has been managing the house and that they need no help from the Oyinadun town.
The landlord said he is capable of managing his house too but as we speak, armed robbers are still attacking that house.
NYSC is shameful.
Your portal has been down for days and yet they are giving students November 9th as the deadline for registration.
With almost N500 billion budgeted for this institution, they canโt even maintain a simple web application.
This is pure wickedness.
Please, read books. Not just captions, or carousel posts, or what made it to the top of your feed. Read books. Long ones. Complex ones. You cannot build a mind with weight on the back of social media ephemerals. Intellectual depth demands patience.
@_Matriach Anytime I hear my mother's voice and it's not as sharp as before. You're seeing me in Aba that weekend. If I save up money and courage to japa, I won't have this rare privilege.
