Let me advise those of you young people in the corporate world.
If you have a colleague that both of you were mates in rank or position, and you were very close, and that colleague of yours later becomes your boss.
Do not say because you were once mates in position, then you think you can interact with him or her the same way.
Respect the authority that he or she is presently occupying and keep your distance.
Wait to see if he or she would still want you to be closer, before you know how to interact with them officially.
Your bosses take key decisions for the firm, even if that decision may affect you.
They have meetings that you're not privileged or qualified to attend.
If you keep trying to interact with that colleague simply because you were once close, you'll be shocked.
Where they're making decisions that may affect you, your once close colleague may throw you under the bus.
Especially if you work in a structured environment, where meritocracy is recognized over familiarity.
Your colleagues are mostly not your friends.
All of you are earning salaries just to get by.
Do your job diligently, so that your once close colleague that was at your level, will not be seen as trying to use his or her position to favour you unduly.
I didn't write this posts for illiterates or ignorant or entitled persons.
End.
some of my financial tips and hacks;
1. your monthly income x 120 = the total you should have invested to replace your income without having to work. for eg: $10,000 x 120 = $1.2m
2. your monthly income x 0.1 = the minimum amount that you should aim to invest every month. for eg: $10,000 x 0.1 = $1,000
3. your monthly salary x 6 = the money you should have invested for emergency on a high-yield savings account, treasury bills or mutual funds. for eg: $10,000 x 6 = $60,000
4. your monthly salary x 0.55 = the maximum that you should spend on needs like housing, food, transportation and bills. for eg: $10,000 x 0.55 = $5,500

I returned a rental car last month. Three days later, my phone rang.
Clerk: "We found damage under the door. We're charging you $1,800."
Me: "Was the damage noted on the check-in sheet?"
Clerk: "You signed the agreement, didn't you?"
Me: "I'm asking about the inspection report. Not the signature."
Clerk: "Uh... let me check and call you back."
Three days later, he called. The $1,800 charge dropped to zero. One phone call.
If you've ever rented a car, save this. Most people pay the full amount because they don't know these 5 rules:

there are some secret codes behind wealth creation the rich keep hiding from the poor
pay close attention;
i have always questioned life deeply. why do some people rise easily, while others struggle endlessly. why do some families break limits while others stay trapped and then i looked at many in the older generations and tell myself that i don't want to end up like this, that was what actually pushed me hard to study both the rich and the poor to understand what truly separates them.
& i discovered something really powerful. something that the rich understands but the poor ignores them
Two Bulgarian friends killed the entire streaming industry.
It's called Stremio + Torrentio. You get 4K content from Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and HBO Max combined for free.
Here's how it works.
Stremio is the player. Clean interface. Works on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, and TV. You install it once and it looks like any other streaming app.
Torrentio is the addon. You add it to Stremio in one click. It scrapes content from every major torrent provider on the internet simultaneously and delivers the best available stream directly to your player. 720p, 1080p, 4K. You pick the quality. It finds the link.
→ No account required
→ No subscription
→ Works on every device
→ 4K and HDR supported
→ Subtitles built in
Netflix cannot shut this down. There is no central server to seize. No company to pressure. No domain to kill. It runs on your device and pulls from the open internet.
The entire streaming industry is built on one assumption. That you will keep paying $70/month rather than spend 5 minutes on GitHub.
That assumption just died in Sofia, Bulgaria.

A lot of people have been asking me about FULLY FUNDED SCHOLARSHIPS in SOUTH KOREA, so here’s a simple explanation 😊
One of the most popular ones is the (GKS). It’s a fully funded scholarship sponsored by the Korean government for international students who want to study in South Korea.
It usually covers:
• Tuition fees
• Flight ticket
• Monthly allowance
• Health insurance
• Korean language training
• Settlement allowance
You can apply for undergraduate, associate degree, master’s, or PhD programs depending on the yearly announcement.
The process generally involves:
• Choosing schools/programs
• Writing a personal statement & study plan
• Preparing documents
• Submitting applications
• Interviews
The undergraduate application period will begin in September, so if you’re interested, this is the best time to start preparing.
Download the official guidelines from Study in Korea website and read EVERYTHING carefully before applying.
For graduate/master’s and PhD applicants, the application period usually starts around February–March, so there’s still enough time to prepare your documents properly.
It’s competitive, but totally doable. You don’t need perfect grades — you just need to carefully follow the guidelines and submit strong documents.
And honestly, if you’re good at research, you’ll discover that there are many other fully funded scholarships in Korea besides GKS. Some companies and organizations even offer sponsorship opportunities, especially for people who can speak Korean and know where to look.
If you're interested, I can also share:
• How to prepare strong documents
• Common mistakes applicants make
• Less competitive universities
• Tips that can improve your chances.
