The very texts that Deonand/Barelvi consider the epitome of fiqh - demands it. imam Shami seems furious in one of his risala at people misrepresenting fiqh by suggesting blasphemy is unpardonable (like 295C). So are they all blasphemers?

The biggest blasphemy (by those playing blasphemy politics) is - to give people call Thomas Macaulay and Ismail Qureshi (who was terrible at Islamic Jurisprudence) Gods. the text of the law comes from them and not from Islamic tradition. Your Gods might be British colonizers, ours isn’t
