The United to House LA coalition has been hard at work on implementation of Measure ULA. The timeline is intense:
✅Jan. 1 - ULA became effective!
⏭️Feb. 28 - the 15 Oversight Committee members must be appointed
⏭️April 1 - transfer tax collection begins
