Congratulations to Professional Media students on their recognition Thursday at the Okla. Broadcast Education Assoc./ Okla. Assoc. of Broadcasters Conference. @UCO_MCOM students picked up multiple awards competing against other collegiate programs from across the state.
This week, our @UCOStratComm students traveled to Dallas to compete in the @AAFD10 National Student Advertising Competition.
After months of research, strategy, and creative development, the team presented a comprehensive campaign for this year’s client, The NFL.
As part of the festival, workshops for filmmakers were held in the UCO Communications Building. Topics included special effects and makeup, prop aging, and lighting/direction/sound. There was also a panel discussion staged by deadCenterFilm on the future of film.

The second annual @UCOBronchos Oklahoma Teen Film Festival was held Saturday, March 28 in the College of Liberal Arts and the @UCO_MCOM Department. The event gave high school students in the area an opportunity to enter short films in a variety of categories.
