There's a time when we take baby steps, especially with respect to our walk of faith and our knowledge of God, but there should and must come a time when we become mature and full grown in the things of God.

The key to attaining this is one thing; submission to the Holy Spirit.
_Submit yourself therefore to the Spirit of God..._

The idea that attaining perfection is one mission-impossible should be buried._

If God could say in His Word, "Walk before Me, and be perfect", then we're expected to do nothing less than that.

"...because you have these promises from God, therefore..."
What promises?
I will live with them and walk with them._
I will be their God and they shall be my people.
Therefore what?
