Thank you for proving that reading previous messages is apparently an optional feature. I clearly mentioned that I cannot access the form through the app and requested it via email. Yet somehow, your solution was to send it.. through the app again.
At this point, I'm not sure if I'm talking to customer support or participating in a copy-paste automation experiment.
I need the form via EMAIL because I cannot open it in the app. Kindly read the conversation history before sending the same response repeatedly.
Second time facing the same issue with @BlueDart_ for my @SuryodayBank package. No delivery call, no attempt, nothing. But I get a message saying “Delivered”. Seriously, what kind of service is this?
And @SuryodayBank, before replying with “DM us your details”, better read the reviews about Blue Dart first. So many people are facing the exact same problem. Next time stop sending important bank packages through this courier if they can’t even do basic delivery properly.
