We started UDAY with a goal to train India’s growing youth and make them a part of the formal workforce. With every student trained and placed, we saw a ripple effect in the form of improved employment, reduced poverty and enhanced productivity of the businesses.
To assess the impact being created, an #ImpactAssessment study was conducted which showed multidimensional effects across our stakeholders namely, students, training partners and small businesses.
